Blackberry Mobile Phone Cover

Well, I got my Blackberry Bold 9700 a couple of months ago from T-Mobile, £30 a month and I'm on contract for 2 years. When I got the mobile, I noticed that the mirror-like trim around the phone was slack by the edge of the screen, on the right hand side. It's been driving me nuts, plus whenever I type I can hear a creaking sound, and it just feels like the phone is going to fall apart. I may be acting a little pedantic about it, but I love my phone so much. It's a great phone, just this annoying downside that effects it. So what I'm asking is, could I possibley send my phone back to T-Mobile to get it repaired, or does anyone know how I can tighten up the phones keys and the mirror-like trim? Thanks.
