Cell Phone Scratch Remover
Many of us have been unfortunate enough to buy
a new cell phone and then with in a week or two, in a moment
of carelessness, find that we've scratched the screen of our
new prized mobile phone, leaving it looking shabby and unloved.
What do we do? Live with it? Pay to get the display replaced
at great cost? Well if the scratch is not too severe then we
may be able to polish the scratches out.
A suitable product for doing this is a paste
called DISPLEX. This new type of special polishing paste allows
end users to eliminate the scratches in their displays quickly
and cost-effectively using a DIY approach.
How easy is it to polish out the scratches? Well
it's as simple as applying a small blob of paste to the display,
then applying heavy pressure and polishing in a circular motion
for two to three minuets. For best results you should use a
clean and soft cotton cloth. If the scratches are particularly
deep then you may need to repeat the above process.
How does the paste actually work? Well the plastic
lens or screen is dissolved lightly and polished with very fine
abrasive particles. The scratch corners are actually rounded
off, with the fissure bottom filled out with the lens material
itself.
So what do you get for your money? A handy 5
gram tube that'll last you for up to 10 applications. If you
think you won't end up using it all, then you'll be pleased
to know that it's not just suitable for cell phones, but also
PDA's, IPod's and any similar devices that make use of plastic
screens and lenses.
So if you've scratched your cell phone screen
or other mobile device, don't despair, just get yourself a tube
of DISPLEX
