How do I purchase items from this website? Simply click
on the item you require (or the Order link if it is a ringtone)
and a Sales Pop-Up window will appear. Follow the online ordering
instructions and pay for your order. You item will then be delivered
straight to your mobile phone.
Can I preview the ringtones first? Yes. To do this, simply
click on your chosen song title. Your desktop media player will
then play the tune.
How much does each item cost? This is dependant on your
country of origin. When you select the country in the sales pop-up,
the prices will be shown.
What payment methods are available? You can pay by Text,
Phone or credit card. If you are paying by Phone, It is best to
use a HOME PHONE (land line), as mobile phone rates will be more
expensive!
I tried to order, but my make of phone is not in the dropdown
list. Can I still place an order? No. If your make of phone
is not on the list, then sorry, it is NOT compatible with our
products.

I've paid for my item but it hasn't been delivered to my
mobile phone! What should I do? In the first instance, try
one or more of the following:
- Your item should arrive instantly, but please be patient.
Orders that are delivered via SMS can take up to 24 hours to
be delivered dependant on local network congestion.
- Your WAP connection may not have succeeded the first time.
Try again.
- Check that you phone has a signal. If you haven't got a signal,
it can't get through.
- Did you check that your phone is compatible to receive the
item. You should have checked BEFORE ordering! Refunds CANNOT
be given for orders placed with incompatible phones.
If you have tried all of the above and still haven't received
your item, you will have to fill out the online Support Form.
Make sure you have all info to hand such as make of phone, item
ordered, etc.

The matter will then be dealt with ASAP.
Do I have to subscribe to your service? No! You only pay
for the items you choose when you visit this website. We do not
charge monthly subscriptions and we don't charge you by sending
you unwanted ringtones via reversed SMS.
